Body image is brain work, not body work. And what this means to you is if you have really negative and self deprecating thoughts about your body, trying to change your body won’t make them go away.

 

Instead, doing the brain work will help you learn how to make peace with your here and now body, respect your body and have compassion for it, too.

 

In this episode you’ll learn how to deal with negative thoughts and the 5 step process to changing body image beliefs. Plus, you’ll learn how body image thoughts aren’t always objective fact and what to expect when it comes to that mean girl inside your head that tells you your body is never enough.
