I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and Native American Heritage Day! Today on the podcast, I had a fun episode for you to listen to post-holiday. Our guest, Andy Mathis is the dietitian and owner of Beautiful Eats & Things and Little Eats &  Things. In this episode we discuss starting a food blog, how the South influences Andy’s cooking, navigating picky eating and how to become more confident in your body.

Andy hopes to inspire you to enjoy food and cooking, and show that not all Registered Dietitians are obsessive calorie-counting, kale-obsessed individuals! Andy is a registered dietitian that received her Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, Concentration: Dietetics from the University of Montevallo and her Master’s Degree in Health Studies/Health Promotion from the University of Alabama. She has been a Licensed/Registered Dietitian since 2009.
