NWP Episode 151: Honoring Your Hunger and Fullness Cues

NWP Episode 151: Honoring Your Hunger and Fullness Cues

One of the most common complaints I hear from you is feeling annoyed with your hunger and your body’s cues to eat.

I first encourage you to begin my questioning why you feel that way.

Why is it that we find a body’s signal to us annoying? Desire to question it? Or straight up don’t listen to it?

Diet culture is the culprit. So let’s choose otherwise.

Honoring hunger isn’t “giving in”, it’s body respect! It’s self care! It’s listening to your body and one of the first steps to that mind body connection.

Learn more in this episode about primal hunger, hunger and fullness interoceptive cues, the hunger fullness scale, not turning these principles into a diet and the benefits of honoring your hunger and fullness.
