What I Ate Wednesday
Good morning! Time for another round of "what I ate in a day"! So today is everything I ate this past Sunday.
I woke up and immediately started my morning routine, including drinking 4 cups of warm lemon water. Followed by my beloved Jacked Up Java (my version of bulletproof coffee). I had two this day, both half caffeinated. One with butter and one with heavy cream and MCT coconut oil and all the other yummy stuff. Yummmyyy.
I had a later breakfast/brunch/lunch thing before we went to the beach for the day. Coconut butter salmon leftover from the night before, olives, sauerkraut, roasted veggies (kale and carrots) and avocado. A delicious meal full of healthy fats!
Then Nick and I went to the beach with the puppy for a few hours. I worked HARD this past week, it was literally nonstop work from the moment I woke up until I went to bed. So I promised myself I would take Sunday off and I was so happy that I actually did. Going to the beach (and binge watching Netflix) was exactly what my soul needed!
When we got back from the beach, I made a snack plate 'cause I was too lazy to make a real lunch. On the plate I had rotisserie chicken with mustard, raw dairy cheese, a hardboiled egg and of course I ended with dark chocolate (88%) dipped in peanut butter. My life is not complete without daily chocolate consumption. For reals.

For dinner I made this lemon butter chicken with roasted tomatoes and potatoes. Gah, all my food this day was SO good!
I also had some delishhhhh turmeric milk and got hungry before bedtime so I snacked on some cinnamon roasted carrots with a dollop of Siggi's full fat yogurt and peanut butter.
