Today I am so excited to have guest, Mimi Cole, on the show today. Mimi is in school to become a therapist, and is particularly passionate about OCD through her own lived experience and research. Mimi shares in this episode what exactly is OCD, how this differentiates from someone who is organized or just “so OCD” and some specific examples of how OCD manifests.
