Let me guess...You’ve been listening to this podcast for a long time, or maybe you’re a new listener. Diets don’t work for 95% of the population...and when I say “don’t work” I mean they don’t give you what they promise….Mind blown. You thought you were just eliminating bloat...trying to feel more energized...trying to lose those “last 10 lb”.

 

The worst part about dieting? It causes your body to go into survival mode in order to adapt to the inadequate intake it’s getting…meaning it’s no longer in thriving mode. Which is the reason you got into health and wellness in the first place!

 

Now, I know you’ve heard me talk about my absolute love for intuitive eating and maybe you’re intrigued. Maybe you’ve even gone so far to read the book, or listen to more podcasts like mine and others in this space, and followed non-diet accounts about intuitive eating on Instagram.
